The NHS is transforming, and you can play a part.

More emphasis on community-based care means there’s never been a better time to join our team.

We are Kent’s leading provider of NHS services in the community, and we’re looking for highly motivated Qualified Nurses to work via Bank with our community teams across east Kent.

You can choose where you work, when you work and how often, whilst gaining experience in a variety of different areas in one of the largest NHS Community organisations in the UK.

Five great reasons to work with us #cometocommunity

  • We’re rated as one of the top places to work by the Health Service Journal.
  • We are rated ‘good’ by the Care Quality Commission
  • We’re a foundation trust and have a Kent County Council Healthy Business Award.
  • We are committed to providing the best care we can for our patients
  • We listen and value you

If you are looking for flexible work that can fit around your other commitments, and you have a passion for delivering high standards of care to patients who are recovering from illness, or in need of rehabilitation or extra support, we would love to hear from you.

Not convinced? Come and meet the team and see us in action - we would love to meet you!
