We can give you support to develop your skills, and a real commitment to your personal and continued professional development, in one of the largest NHS community organisations in the UK.

Applications are invited from enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Band 5 Community Nurse within Adult Community Services in the Thanet locality.

The post holders will work as members of our diverse and friendly Community Nursing Team. As a Community Nurse you will need to demonstrate a good level of clinical skills or be willing to learn and develop existing skills. A high standard of holistic assessment and care planning is also expected.

Our community nurses work closely with members of the wider multi-disciplinary teams, including our GP’s, local Hospices, Health and Social Care Coordinators, Intermediate care Teams, Specialist nurses and Therapist colleagues.
