We are currently advertising for a full-time and part time Health Visitor position for Sevenoaks & Swanley District: The Pavilion Sevenoaks site.

The post holder will be required to be proactive in delivering the Healthy Child Programme and is committed to delivering high-quality care to our clients in partnership with other agencies and local communities including Children’s Centres, GP's and Midwifery colleagues. Health Visiting in Sevenoaks offers exciting opportunities to work with skill mix teams in corporate case-loads. We offer opportunities for personal and professional development and provide regular managerial, clinical and safeguarding supervision. If you are a registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (a qualified Health Visitor) or due to qualify and would like to join the Health Visiting team in Sevenoaks district we encourage you to apply.
