We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Resourcing Officer to join our busy Resourcing Team.  If you are driven, a fast-learner and passionate about good customer service, we have the job for you.

The Resourcing Team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) plays a pivotal role in supporting one of the largest community NHS trusts in the UK to employ and support a skilled, diverse and compassionate workforce.

The role of Resourcing Officer is a great opportunity for anyone interested in developing their career, or who has experience working in recruitment or a similar target-driven position.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • managing your own case load - recruiting to about 70 vacancies at any time,
  • managing the recruitment process from advertisement to appointment,
  • liaising with managers across the trust, providing advice and guidance on our recruitment and selection process,
  • maintaining contact with candidates to keep them up-to-date throughout their recruitment journey,
  • managing recruitment and selection training sessions,
  • travelling to various sites across the trust to attend team meetings and our induction programme.
