Are you passionate about patient care and helping people to stay independent for longer in their own homes?

We’re looking for a flexible and enthusiastic nurse for our Intermediate Care Team in Folkestone/Shepway and surrounding areas

You’ll provide holistic care to patients, helping them to get home from hospital sooner, and support them to stay independent in their own home for as long as possible.

You’ll be part of a highly-skilled integrated team of nurses, therapists and support staff – working together with patients and their carers to deliver the best community care.

You’ll be actively involved in exploring new ways of working and service development, with opportunities for CPD. With excellent interpersonal and clinical assessment skills, you’ll also have the confidence to work autonomously, as well as being fully involved with the multi-disciplinary team.

The team works a seven day service from 8am – 10pm, so you’ll be expected to work a variety of shifts within these hours. For Further clarification please feel free to get in touch with the interview contact listed.

This post is for 37.5 hours per week.

Interviews will be held on the 7th March 2018.
