We have an exciting opportunity for you to work as part of our Kent Wide Children's Care Co-ordination team as a Specialist Nurse Advisor. You will be responsible for leading a small team of Key Workers to co-ordinate the care for children with complex needs and disabilities in the Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley area. You will be working with statutory and voluntary agencies supporting children aged 0-7 years. 

In order to fulfil this role you need to be a registered nurse with at least 2 years experience of community nursing/ health visit.  You will need to be positive, dynamic and enthusiastic about making a difference to the lives of disabled children and their families.

The post will be based in the Children's Resource Centre, Darent Valley Hospital, Dartford and as such the post holder will be eligible for High Cost Allowance payment.

Excellent supervision and training opportunities are available.
