We are looking for 2 health professionals to join the Education and Workforce development team with the skills and knowledge to deliver life support training across the Trust, motivating staff and  encouraging collaboration within the staff group. 

You would be required to develop, implement and evaluate the training, making decisions about the training methods to meet local and organisational needs. You would need to have a working knowledge of the European Resuscitation Guidelines (Adult and Paediatric) and its impact upon the Trusts delivery of life support training.

Successful candidates would be expected to work autonomously but as part of the larger Education and Workforce Development Team.

Interviews are scheduled for the 20th March 2018.
