An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Diabetes Education Team

Do you have a passion and desire to improve health outcomes for people with diabetes?

We are looking for a committed, flexible autonomous nurse with  knowledge and experience in diabetes.

The successful candidate will be involved in providing our structured education, DERIK, to people with Type 2 diabetes across West Kent.

You will be engaging with other health care professionals to promote this certified course.

A desire for educating patients, carers and colleagues is essential.

There is a full time post (37.5 hours per week) and a part time post (22.5 hours per week) available, however various hours would be considered.
