KCHFT Community Learning Disability Service provide an integrated service in Alliance with our partners (Kent County Council and Kent and Medway Partnership Trust) together we always strive to make a difference by providing the best personalised health and social care to people.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Administrator Apprentice to join our clinical support team, based at Trinity house, Ashford. You will provide high-quality administrative support to our multi-disciplinary team which consists of Community Nurses, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist and the vision and hearing support team.

You will be working closely with the Senior Management Team and will be expected to travel across Kent to attend meetings and learn the locality team’s systems/processes.

We are looking for people with enthusiasm that are willing to learn and commitment in supporting the staff team who deliver quality care for people with learning disabilities.

You will have good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and be fully committed to the Apprenticeship programme.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
